Not only does it incorporate static postures but also includes dynamic stretching exercises using a meditative mind set and Buddhist breathing. Ch’an means meditation and Taoist Internal alchemy is chi kung or energy (breath) work. This is a unique and very powerful form of Yoga that offers a multitude of benefits including self defense, self healing as well as overall health and well being.
